We made no down payment. We paid for it after it was installed and tested. The price is all-inclusive (gas piping, electric wiring, pad, installation, etc.—these can really add up if you’re paying for them individually) so we had no surprise expenses. I just can’t say enough good things about Tri-State. They also have a 10 year warranty with free maintenance the first year and $200/yr afterwards. If you call, the salesperson will schedule a visit. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>For some reason, we’ve been plagued with electrical outages in both summer and winter.
