Also a lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately, the condo suffered damage during a recent flood before the management company was able to complete the roof repairs which the owners had paid for in HOA assessments.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">He has found a home which is larger and wants to sell his condo. He is trying to decide whether he should have it repaired and ask market value, or sell to a flipper for the "needs work" value. The repairs would be a piece of cake for a flipper with a crew. Walls and ceilings in 2 areas of the 3d floor and flooring 2nd and 3d floors ( x/c kitchen and baths). <br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Does anyone know of a reputable flipper you can recommend?
