I thought it was widespread knowledge that oaks should not be pruned between Valentines Day and 4th of July. However, I still see numerous tree trimmers in LJE (and beyond) trimming oaks during that dangerous time. Either they are unaware, or just want the $. <br>

How terrible it would be for LJE to lose our magnificent oaks… I, like the person in the attached article, moved here primarily for the gorgeous trees and the ambiance they provide. <br>
