<div style="font-family:"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif" dir="ltr">Well, what I learned is that they came out to just <b style="font-family:"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif">patch</b> parts of the alley; and, the alley between Meadowdale & Les Jardines did not get repaired at all (he said that part was not on his work order, even though I specifically asked for that part of the alley to get repaired, too). And, t</span></span>he only way we can get the <b style="font-family:"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif">entire</b> alleys repaired and not just 'patched' is if our alley is on a 'bond program.' He said they ran out of asphalt today or didn't have any more but if I get the next request approved as being on a 'bond program,' then we should be able to get the whole thing fixed with all new asphalt. Not sure how to get on a bond program, but I'm "on" it.
