My neighbor just came over to tell me a prowler wearing all black/black hoodie and riding a bike was crouched down by my front gate. She had watched him come from the vacant house behind her (st lazare/royal) , go down Royal then back down Reaumur alley & across
to my house. I’ve left a message with Lje & she called 911. Just wanted all to be on the alert of this recent event.
