[Neighbors] Weekly crime report from our area

All of us pay for the Dallas Police Department through our property and
sales taxes which go to the City of Dallas. Some may believe that the cost
of off duty police to sit in the neighborhood doing paperwork in a police
car is a deterrent to crime, and worth paying additional money. In all of
the years that my family has lived in LJE, I have seen no fact based
evidence that any crime was prevented because of the presence of off duty
police sitting in parked police cars in LJE.

Best for the Holidays
