[Neighbors] Need input re sewer line replacement & clean-out pipes, pls

Hey Liza we do have clean out pipes in the front. Dual pipes actually. We
have had a few times where they needed to clean them out between the house
and street due to roots and other junk in them.

We use Berkeys but they are on the top-end for pricing. If you just need a
rooter service I would use one of the companies that only do that. Will be
$100 vs $300 in most cases.
