Eric, all good suggestions. A raccoon moved into my daughter's attic
recently here in Dallas. A firefighter who lives here but whose day job
is in Houston was referred to her. When he's home in Dallas, he runs a
company called "First In" and takes care of things that get into attics.
His charges are reasonable and he does great follow-up on traps he sets
(if needed). Vic's number is 281 703-4684 and, since he might be at work
in Houston, you should leave a message explaining your problem and he
will get back to you fairly promptly.
