[Neighbors] 2024 Les Jardins ENP needs you help

Thanks Jim. We appreciate all the dedication that you, Matt, and Paul 
put in over the last few years.

ENP is a fantastic neighborhood program and we are very lucky to be in a 
conjoined membership with the two larger neighboring associations, RNA, 
and Hockaday, and have such direct access to the Dallas Police Dept and 
town council members.

Technically, one person can manage the whole program but its more fun 
with others involved to help out.

It doesn't take a ton of time, just some focus Oct-Jan with the annual 
membership drive. The rest of the year is pretty quiet, keeping up with 
new incoming neighbors and attending quarterly crime watch meetings.

I don't have the bandwidth to take this on again, but will gladly help 
with any training or assistance to get up to speed.
