This information you shared helps us understand why the project has been at a standstill for so long. I am so sorry this delay happened to you and your family. I can only imagine how disappointing and frustrating it must be as the homeowner. So much is out of ones control in these situations.

We are the owners of 10602 De Bercy Ct. We are in the process of remodeling the house, but unfortunately have been plagued by delays. We understand your frustration with the current state of the home— and I can assure you we are more even more frustrated than you are :).
Right now we are waiting on exterior doors and windows that were ordered almost a year ago in, but have been continuously delayed by the manufacturer. They were supposed to be delivered in February but obviously that didn’t happen. We aren’t able to begin the final finish out until the windows and doors are in. The underlying plumbing, electrical, ac, dry wall, etc. has all been completed.
We too are anxious to finish our remodel and move into our home. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there are any additional issues or if you would like to discuss anything regarding the house. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Note we don’t have a homestead exemption on the house as we’re not living there—but very much hope to be soon.
