[Neighbors] ATT fiber - digging a line for the conduit - ideas?

We reinstalled our ATT gigabit service a year+ ago at 4261 Meadowdale. We
provided 100' of 1 1/2" grey conduit and the ATT
tech installed the final connection from a new drop at the alley that
required 1000' of new fiber all the way down the alley
nearly from Midway. Apparently our neighborhood is challenging in this
way. We buried ours, which I suggest is much
preferred to an overhead, unsightly and vulnerable service connection.
