[Neighbors] City only picking up STORM DEBRIS

Thanks for sharing that information Liza.

I read the same thing on Nextdoor and removed the plastic bags from my pile
(even though they contained storm debris).  Losing so many limbs was
distressing enough.  If bulk pick up skipped me I think I would lose my
mind!
