[Neighbors] BLUE CAR STILL ROAMING

Hi Neighbors,
Earlier this morning, Jennifer Coleman (who lives at the corner of
Meadowdale and Les Jardins) saw the same blue car with the trunk propped
open that Libby Toudouze emailed about yesterday, passing another car near
her corner, window rolled down, and the driver of the blue car was yelling
at another car passing by. Driver definitely did not seem “with it”. My
Ring camera (I am at the other end of Meadowdale from Jennifer), picked him
up driving by, towards Midway, at 10:18.
We have let the ENP know and have sent our camera footage!
But everyone just be on the lookout. Definitely odd and suspicious…
