Neighbors.
If you see something suspicious call 9-1-1 and report the suspicious
activity. This gets logged into the police database. Suppose those
suspicious people match the description of a crime or up to no good and
had been reported in another neighborhood?
9-1-1 is not only for emergencies, it is for any suspicious activity.
After you have called 9-1-1 first, then you can call or text and leave a
message for ENP.
The ENP officers have varying schedules day and night and not 24x7. They
will not call back if they come on duty in the middle of the night.

Not sure what they’re up to but it definitely looks suspicious. Saw them on Wednesday, Thursday and today. Anyone else seen them around? We’re on Les Jardins and Royal.
