[Neighbors] Plumber

Hi neighbors,

Two things:
I had Mr Rooter plumbing come to clear a clog in my kitchen sink earlier this week. They also took a look at a slow flushing toilet. $700 later, they left saying both were completed. 

I didn’t use the kitchen for a few days (I don’t cook and my hair and was out of town, don’t judge) so upon his return and beginning to use the sink again, we discovered, through water coming up from under our floors, there had been a hole put in the pipe by the auger he used. They won’t send a technician out because the said the work “wasn’t warrantied.” 

Just a heads up for everyone when looking for a service. 

The second thing I’m looking for is… a recommendation for a plumber who can come today to fix this gaping hole in my pipe.
