[Neighbors] Neighbors Digest, Vol 53, Issue 8

The dog, Waylon, has on an E collar. He is incredibly well behaved, probably one of the most well-behaved dogs I’ve seen in the neighborhood. I don’t think there’s anything to worry about there.
