[Neighbors] House to go on market

I am planning on putting my house on the market and downsizing. I wanted to first to see if anyone knew of someone interested in buying in our neighborhood. My house is 4BR/2.5 Bathroom/ pool/corner lot.My address is 4347 Royal Ridge Dr. I have not listed yet with real estate agent. Please let me know if interested.
