The man in the photo is rhe same man that was on the side of my house. He was walking through the yards. He allowed his dog to defecate in my yard so I was going to confront him but based on his appearance, I decided not to and just thought I'd follow him to see why he was walking through the yards and where he was going. That house on Brookport was up for sale last summer but unfortunately no one purchased it. He is staying at the drug house on Brookport. My husband and I have interacted with him and he extremely aggressive and angry. I have called the police on him because he tried to fight my husband when we asked him to not walk on people’s private
 property. Be cautious when dealing with him and call the police if needed.
