If you currently don't support ENP, I hope you will use this as another reason to sign up.

Within moments of getting my text, the ENP officer on duty (who is a Dallas Police officer) called Code Enforcement, who is now on the way to investigate and see if there is anything they can do.

I also informed the officer that there appears to be a water leak at the house.  Water pooling on Midway.
