[Neighbors] One more thought re Brookport

Does anyone know the home builder who recently  built the big home on Royal Ridge and has 2 in process- Bushire and Reaumur? 

I wonder if someone alerted him to the details of that lot on Brookport if he would be interested? Owner died many years ago, etc, etc. You can tell I know nothing about that process, but it’s a huge lot and certainly can’t continue status quo.
