DCAD says the owner is Ralph Wilson with a PO box.  He has been on the deed since 1998.  Eugenia was on there with him until 2017.

A representative reached out to me the other day regarding our property (the “vacant house” on Bushire next to the one being built, which I can assure neighbors is being monitored by several security cameras and checked on daily so it is not the source of any suspected crime) and I would be happy to mention the Brookport property to him as a potential opportunity.  I assume this is not the case but if anyone has any other way to obtain contact information for the owner besides mail or a knock on the door (perhaps realtor contact information from back when it was listed for sale?), that would be helpful to pass along to him as well.
