[Neighbors] One more thought re Brookport

All - I have reached out to the agent that previously listed the home on
Brookport.  I had a previous conversation with him about the lot itself for
a client. That said, if I receive any further information about the
residents, I will share with ENP and any other parties needing to be
involved.  I, too, have seen the gentleman mentioned in the previous email
chains, witnessed trespassing to cut through to alley access, and watched
him allow his dog to potty on empty lots in the neighborhood.  He was not a
threat to me at the time, and I was not aware of where he lived, so I could
not determine that his actions were actually a police matter until some of
these emails have brought it to light.
