Just a heads up to anyone living near a new build by this company- I wish I had paid more attention to all of the deed restrictions info prior to their project right behind my house.  Not only have they damaged our grass by the alley, removed all the privacy from our backyard by cutting down every tree, basically building up to the alley in the back of the lot, consistently used my side yard as they’re shady break spot, they have now ripped my internet cable out of the ground and “ can’t do anything about it.” 
Best of luck neighbors! Sorry for the rant, but, in all seriousness- they don’t seem very mindful of the people around them, or our special neighborhood.
