[Neighbors] Power outage

Hi Neighbors -

Meadowdale/Royal Ridge/Les Jardins, and there's a ('live'?) wire down... so, the alley is blocked in all 3 directions. Encore is aware and they will come when they can. We didn't get a firm time but it sounded like they were soon to be on the way.
