[Neighbors] Runaway Inflatable Pumpkins

Thanks to those who reached out about our runaway pumpkins today.  Apparently the tie down strings that come with the inflatables are no match for the Texas wind.  We are upgrading to paracord now.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at Halloween!
