Dear Neighbors in Les Jardins,

Many of you know my home was for sale on the MLS earlier this spring. For several reasons, I took it off the market end of July. Time has
come to try to sell. If you know of anyone who may want to purchase the home, please let me know or forward this email
to them. Details are in the PDF attached. Photos are also attached. Currently my somewhat FIRM price is $865,000. Documents and title will be handled via a title company and its attorney. I have been in contact with several excellent professional realtors in our area, so please do not refer me to realtors.  I am interested in talking to buyers who are SERIOUS about a purchase in this wonderful neighborhood on a quiet street.  Ron and I plan to move closer to family in Houston. Basic photos are attached.

Conditions for sale are:
Buyer needs funding plan for coordinating with seller's title company
Offer will need to be on a Texas Real Estate Contract document--probably form number 20-18 with date 11-4-2024 on bottom
Household items not included in sale will be listed upon buyer request
