[Neighbors] Need good AC company for neighbor

A neighbor needs to have their AC condenser moved from their carport while they are having foundation work done. 
I have a mom and pop AC company that is great on my repairs and routine maintenance, but I don’t feelComfortable recommending them for this major, potentially expensive job (if something goes wrong). 
Do any neighbors have an AC company which you’d recommend, and which is  adequately capitalized to stand behind any mishaps? 
(You know us lawyers… always preparing for the worst…😉)
