[Neighbors] Insurance company using drones

Hi, neighbors-
Has anyone been contacted by their homeowners insurance company with a demand,  after viewing your property via drone,  that something must be done on your property or they would cancel your policy? 
My friend in the next neighborhood to the east of LJE experienced this today. Specifically, the insurance company is demanding that they cut tree branches.
