[Neighbors] Water Bill

Same here! Mine has been ridiculous. I also checked sprinklers and have
been monitoring lawncare and shower usage, to no avail. I have been in the
500's as well.

Not sure what is going on or if this is an early consequence of data center
demand in Texas, since we have the most centers nationally.
