[Neighbors] Water Bill

I believe the big culprit is our sprinkler system….how often and how long
does the system run? Our son’s property, just 1/2 mile west, waters a
nearly 1/2 acre lot from a stream (doesn’t use the city water). With a pool
and 2 people living there his August bill was $131.
