[Neighbors] Roof repair recommendation

Hi Brooke-

Last fall we had a mature red oak uproot and the top of it landed on our
roof, breaking a rafter and damaging some shingles.  A roofer we have used
for  over 20 years to do minor roof repairs fixed the damage for a
reasonable price. He has never tried to get us to replace our roof.
(Although when we do, we will use him). He also gave us the name of someone
who repaired the soffit and gutter.
