[Neighbors] FW: Leaves blown into the street and the storm drains

I’m frankly  more concerned about their parking habits along with other contractors with big pickups and trailers. Meadowdale and Bushire are especially hazardous.  Many seem to think they should park at least a foot from the curb and directly across from another truck.
