Hi Neighbors,

I know whole house standby generators aren't for everyone, but if you're in
the market for one I really wanted to recommend the company who recently
installed ours:

www.TriStateWhyWait.com <http://www.TriStateWhyWait.com>

Since the generator and all parts are made in the USA we ordered one in
mid-November and it was installed January 18-it's typically a 6-8 week
waiting period. We made no down payment. We paid for it after it was
installed and tested. The price is all-inclusive (gas piping, electric
wiring, pad, installation, etc.-these can really add up if you're paying for
them individually) so we had no surprise expenses. I just can't say enough
good things about Tri-State. They also have a 10 year warranty with free
maintenance the first year and $200/yr afterwards. You can read all about
their offerings on their website. If you call, the salesperson will schedule
a visit.

For some reason, we've been plagued with electrical outages in both summer
and winter. This generator sets our mind at ease.

If you'd like to see it or hear more about our experience, feel free to call
my husband Jim at 469-951-4707.

Take care,

Marilou Simon
