[Neighbors] Royal Ridge / Meadowdale / Les Jardines neighbors...

If we’re trying to get roads and alleys approved through the city, it be
more beneficial to have the roads of the neighborhood repaired before the
alley.
I have previously seen a map that noted that Les Jardins was rated at
“failing” for road condition. That said, I have only found the alley
between Royal Ridge and Bonham slated for repair for the latest bond.
