[Neighbors] PLEASE call 911 if you see something troubling

When I was in charge of ENP, the DPD officers asked me to IMPLORE residents to call 911 IMMEDIATELY if they saw anything out of the ordinary. They said it is NOT A BOTHER and they would much rather have notice and make their own decision as to whether they need to take action, than have a situation turn dangerous. 

As you may imagine, I am a huge proponent of individual rights, including the important right to privacy, but someone stealing firewood and trespassing on private property certainly rises to the level of troublesome. 

PLEASE CALL 911 if you see this individual again.
